In Cash 3 players choose a three-digit number from 000 through 999. Plays cost either 50 cents or $1, according to the player’s preference. There are seven different ways to play Cash 3. If a player chooses the wrong numbers or play type, he or she can cancel his ticket within 15 minutes of purchasing it. The top prize is $500.

In Lotto 5 players choose five numbers and must match them all in order to win the jackpot. Plays cost $1.

Florida

When playing FLORIDA LOTTO players select six numbers from one through 53. Each play costs $1 and players can play up to 10 times on one card. Players can play the same numbers in advance for up to 52 draws in a row. Drawings take place on Wednesday and Saturday. If players choose all six winning numbers they get the jackpot. There are also prizes for those who match two through six numbers. The overall odds of winning are one in 67.36.

MEGA MONEY jackpots start at $500,000 and can roll over up to $2 million. After the jackpot reaches $2 million the top prize pool rolls down and increases the payouts on the lower prize tiers. Players choose four numbers between one and 44, and one MEGABALL number between one and 22 for a chance to win on eight prize levels. In FANTASY 5 the grand prize is $100,000. Players win by matching five of five numbers. If no one does this the prize goes to the player who matches four of five numbers. South Carolina has Pick 3 and Pick 4, which are similar to CASH 3 and PLAY 4 in Florida. In South Carolina drawings take place twice a day.

In Palmetto Cash 5 players choose five numbers out of 38. Drawings take place Monday, Wednesday and Friday and the jackpot rolls over. Players who match five numbers win the jackpot. There are prizes for players who match two through five numbers.
